Services include public acquisition work, litigation support, estate planning, commercial lending assignments, and more.

Oregon Valuation Group focuses primarily upon eminent domain appraisal assignments across all property types, performing both partial acquisition and entire property acquisition work. The firm is on the Qualified Appraiser List for both the Oregon and Washington Departments of Transportation. The firm is also qualified to complete appraisal reports compliant with the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (“Yellow Book”).
